Dissesti e predissesti crescono in maniera esponenziale negli enti locali e rappresentano una seria preoccupazione per i servizi al cittadino, che inevitabilmente vengono interrotti o allentati. Influiscono sulla qualità dei servizi. Soprattutto in Calabria. A richiamare l’attenzione sul fenomeno è Gianluca Callipo, presidente Anci Calabria, auspicando una massiccia partecipazione degli amministratori all’evento in programma per domani, venerdì 21, nella sala convegni della Camera di Commercio di Vibo Valentia. A gestione delle crisi finanziarie: stato dell’arte e prospettive di risanamento. L’evento è promosso dall’Associazione Nazionale dei Comuni Italiani regionale insieme all’ Anci nazionale, l’Ardel Calabria (Associazione nazionale ragionieri degli enti locali) e a Ifel – Fondazione Anci, si terrà una giornata di studio con analisi e interventi in merito alle Previsioni della manovra 2019, crisi finanziarie degli enti locali, possibili soluzioni organizzative, revisione della stessa disciplina del dissesto e del pre-dissesto, decreto crescita, Legge di bilancio e rapporto tra Governo ed enti locali. Il 2018 conferma il primato negativo della Calabria. Solo il 43% dei Comuni è riuscito ad ottenere un avanzo di bilancio. Il 47 opera in regime di disavanzo che costa, in media, 524 pro capite. Sono dati emersi dal Rapporto di Bankitalia presentato lunedì scorso. Numeri – aggiunge Gianluca Callipo – che confermano l’urgenza di analisi puntuali e misure veloci da parte del Governo. Diminuisce la qualità della vita quando gli enti pubblici operano in un regime debitorio eccessivo.
