“Istituire una Commissione parlamentare di inchiesta sullo stato della sanità in Calabria”. Lo prevede una proposta di legge di iniziativa del gruppo parlamentare di Articolo 1: la proposta, i cui firmatari sono i deputati Nico Stumpo, Michela Rostan e Federico Fornaro, è stata presentata oggi in una conferenza stampa a Lamezia Terme dai vertici regionali del partito, tra cui lo stesso Stumpo. ”Concentrazione di poteri, collusioni affaristiche e condizionamento mafioso – si legge nella relazione illustrativa al testo normativo – sono aspetti inquietanti che devono essere indagati e accertati anche attraverso un’azione parlamentare come la commissione di inchiesta. Lo stato della sanità in Calabria è disastroso e le conseguenze le pagano i cittadini con un livello delle prestazioni non sufficiente e con una spesa che pesa sui calabresi senza alcuna corrispondenza con i servizi erogati”. Nella relazione stilata dai tecnici di Articolo 1, inoltre, si osserva che “dopo l’approvazione da parte del Parlamento del ‘Decreto Calabria’, che di fatto commissaria la sanità calabrese,è necessario insediare una commissione, con il compito di indagare sulle cause e sulle responsabilità dello stato della sanità nella Regione Calabria, sull’attuazione del livelli essenziali di assistenza nelle strutture pubbliche e private, sulle cause di ordine normativo, amministrativo, gestionale, finanziario, organizzativo e funzionale ovvero attinenti al sistema di monitoraggio e di controllo che, nella Regione Calabria hanno contribuito alla formazione di un disavanzo sanitario non sanabile autonomamente dalla Regione Calabria, anche al fine di accertare le relative responsabilità”.
