Con l’attuazione della riforma sulla rete dei servizi dedicati alle politiche del lavoro, dlgs 150/2015, le Regioni hanno assunto un ruolo centrale sia di indirizzo che di attuazione riguardo alle politiche attive del lavoro. La Regione Calabria dopo aver completato l’iter procedimentale di acquisizione delle funzioni e del personale dei centri per l’impiego, ha individuato la strategia, gli obiettivi e le priorità attraverso il Piano regionale delle politiche attive del lavoro 2020/2021 realizzato dal Dipartimento Lavoro, Formazione e Politiche sociali finanziato con fondi comunitari a valere sul Fondo Sociale Europeo (FSE) 2014-2020 nonché fondi ministeriali dedicati al potenziamento dei sistemi per l’impiego. Le attività previste nel piano, approvato con DGR n. 605 del 11 dicembre 2019, individuano una serie di azioni innovative che mirano a rafforzare la rete dei servizi per l’impiego pubblici e privati attraverso azioni di consolidamento dei livelli essenziali delle prestazioni (LEP), trasferimento metodologico agli operatori dei servizi per il lavoro, scuola delle politiche attive, ammodernamento tecnologico, digitalizzazione della rete dei servizi, scambi di buone prassi con altre realtà nazionali ed Europee, potenziamento del raccordo pubblico privato; istituzione del networking calabrese tra servizi pubblici e privati. Le attività del Piano fanno seguito a quanto previsto dal Dl.gs. 150/2015 che prevede l’erogazione, da parte di tutti i centri per l’impiego di standard di servizi omogenei.
