Riceviamo alle redazioni di RTC, la RadioTelevisione della Calabria ed unica TV di Catanzaro, e del Giornale di Calabria, nota stampa del Comitato Stazione Sala di Catanzaro riguardao alla situazione infrastrutture:
CATANZARO/ “Le notizie che giungono da più parti in merito a progetti infrastrutturali che, di fatto, accentuerebbero l’isolamento trasportistico della costa jonica calabrese, destano non poche preoccupazioni. Di fronte a discutibili scelte di Governo che sembrano proseguire nella logica di privilegiare ulteriormente alcune aree della Calabria, il Comitato delle Associazioni culturali che si sta adoperando per il recupero, alle sue funzioni originali, della stazione ferroviaria di Sala, non ha mai smesso di promuovere incontri istituzionali al fine di raggiungere il suo primario ed importante obiettivo. Dopo deputati, senatori, consiglieri regionali, presidente della provincia e sindaco della città che hanno dichiarato di appoggiare le iniziative delle associazioni, proseguendo in quest’opera di incessante sensibilizzazione, che spera possa presto dare i suoi frutti, il Comitato ha fissato un incontro a Catanzaro col deputato on.le Nicola Carè, eletto nella circoscrizione Estero, originario di Guardavalle (CZ), già cittadino utilizzatore della dismessa stazione ferroviaria di Catanzaro Sala per i numerosi viaggi fatti fuori regione ed uomo di grande disponibilità.
L’on. Carè ha preso a cuore le proposte del Comitato, facendole proprie, e si è dichiarato disponibile ad interloquire con il Governo Centrale come promotore delle esigenze del nostro territorio e ad incontrare il Comitato pro Sala e la Stampa al fine di informare sui prossimi impegni e sulle necessarie nuove iniziative presso il Ministero Infrastrutture e Trasporti, dal quale si attendono risposte certe e definitive sul programma di investimenti infrastrutturali compresi nel pacchetto complessivo del Recovery Fund. L’incontro si terrà venerdì 11 settembre nella sede dell’Associazione “Antonino Greco” (via Settembrini n.26 in Catanzaro), si terrà la conferenza stampa, sarà limitata ai giornalisti e ad un numero ristretto di persone per attenersi alle disposizioni anti-covid”.
