ROSSANO. “Impugneremo questo provvedimento e credo che nel giro di pochi giorni avremo la risposta da parte del giudice competente. Se le nostre ragioni sono valide sarà naturalmente riconsiderata la sospensione altrimenti sono tre mesi e dunque non credo sia un problema che implica un immobilismo”. Così il presidente della Regione Calabria Mario Oliverio ha commentato, con i giornalisti, l’inibizione per tre mesi dalle nomine comminatagli dal Responsabile per la prevenzione della corruzione e della trasparenza dando seguito al provvedimento emesso dall’Autorità nazionale Anticorruzione (Anac). “Anche perché – ha aggiunto Oliverio – per i commissari che abbiamo nominato potevo benissimo esercitare questo ruolo fino a due giorni fa fino a quando non mi è stato notificato il provvedimento. Tuttavia abbiamo convocato la Giunta ed io mi sono assentato e la Giunta ha proceduto alle nomine”. “C’è un problema di principio, di carattere costituzionale – ha detto poi Oliverio – che riteniamo debba essere oggetto di un pronunciamento da parte degli organi competenti. D’altronde non si tratta di un provvedimento per fatti corruttivi, voglio che sia chiaro questo, ma di un provvedimento, come lo stesso Cantone ha scritto nel provvedimento, di una legge confusa che va rivista. E questa necessità è stata già segnalata al Parlamento”.
