REGGIO CALABRIA. “La digitalizzazione del settore delle costruzioni: il BIM – Building Information Modeling come risorsa per i processi di committenza, progettazione, costruzione e gestione degli edifici e delle infrastrutture” è il tema del seminario organizzato da Ance Reggio Calabria ed ospitato dalla sede cittadina di Confindustria. Un evento, realizzato con il patrocino del Consiglio regionale della Calabria, della Provincia e della Città di Reggio Calabria, diretto ad imprenditori, professionisti, amministratori e funzionari pubblici così da approfondire i benefici derivanti dal passaggio al digitale per l’industria delle costruzioni. I lavori, incentrati su questo innovativo strumento in grado di generare benefici sulla catena di fornitura in termini di sostenibilità, efficienza e sicurezza, hanno registrato la presenza di Francesco Ruperto, coordinatore scientifico master BIM facoltà di Architettura dell’Università La Sapienza, dell’architetto Valeria Zacchei e dell’ingegnere Filippo Daniele. Di ‘nuovo approccio culturale’ ha parlato il presidente di Ance Calabria, Francesco Berna. “Riteniamo – ha affermato – che il BIM, utilizzato da anni in numerosi stati, riuscirà a dare un impulso serio nella progettazione ed esecuzione di tutti i lavori. Il Building Information Modeling rappresenta la strada che soprattutto le amministrazioni pubbliche devono cominciare ad intraprendere nel settore che rappresentiamo”. “Un tema – ha evidenziato il presidente Ance Reggio Calabria, Francesco Siclari – che impone uno sforzo ed un impegno da parte di tutti gli attori interessati: il seminario è un primo step per incrementare sinergie e affrontare nel modo migliore la sfida culturale, tecnologica e gestionale posta dal BIM e dalle nuove previsioni normative. Come Ance ci proponiamo di approntare eventi successivi, intesi quali veri e propri corsi di formazione, e lanciamo la proposta per un laboratorio permanente integrato così da definire un programma operativo per l’incorporazione del Building Information Modeling nel sistema degli appalti a livello locale mediante una sperimentazione che deve coinvolgere la filiera a partire dalla committente pubblica passando per il mondo imprenditoriale, accademico e delle professioni”. Zacchei, concentrandosi sulle piattaforme e gli strumenti software per la modellazione e la gestione dei contenuti informativi e sul BIM come “metodologia di lavoro innovativa in quanto unico file integrato di dati coerenti da cui si estraggono tutti i documenti necessari”, ha spiegato come lo strumento “riduca ripetizioni, errori e permetta di controllare molto meglio il processo di progettazione ed esecuzione, ma implichi anche un maggiore impegno”. Per Ruperto, che si è soffermato sui profili legislativi normativi e le prime esperienze nazionali in merito, “la tematica – ha dichiarato – appena recepita dal nuovo codice per gli appalti attualmente al vaglio del Consiglio dei ministri, è tecnica ma riguarda anche la sfera dell’innovazione, delle strategie industriali, governative, delle pubbliche amministrazioni e dei privati. Proprio per questo è importante fornire coordinate per cominciare a gestire tale transizione verso la digitalizzazione che coinvolgerà le Pa, i costruttori, i progettisti, il sistema della formazione e dell’università”. Tra gli interventi, quello dell’architetto Pulella, in rappresentanza dell’amministrazione comunale, e il giovane professionista reggino Melchini che ha illustrato la sua esperienza con il progetto di ricerca universitario inerente, appunto, il supporto BIM ai processi di governance della futura Città Metropolitana.
