Valtur, specialista italiano dei soggiorni vacanze in resort, ha sottoscritto un contratto con la famiglia Stillitani per la gestione del beach resort Garden Calabria di Pizzo Calabro. “Il Valtur Garden Calabria – si legge in un comunicato del gruppo – amplia l’offerta nella regione dove il Gruppo sarà presente con ben tre strutture: Simeri, Capo Rizzuto e Garden Calabria. Il contratto, della durata di 10 anni rinnovabili, è parte integrante del piano di crescita e rafforzamento del marchio Valtur che, già in occasione dell’ingresso nel portfolio di InvestIndustrial, aveva siglato nell’aprile scorso un altro importante accordo per la gestione dell’iconico Tanka Village in Sardegna, con l’obiettivo di ampliare l’offerta di resort 4 stelle. Circondato da una natura rigogliosa e da splendidi paesaggi mediterranei, il Valtur Garden Calabria conta 580 camere totalmente rinnovate, ed è posizionato – spiega la nota – in prossimità di una lunga spiaggia e di una lussureggiante pineta. La struttura dispone di numerosi impianti sportivi: due ampie piscine, cinque campi da tennis, un campo da calcio, un’area per il tiro con l’arco, un campo da bocce ed un campo da beach volley.
