CATANZARO. La Cisl Funzione Pubblica Calabria ritiene che la popolazione calabrese e tutto il personale sanitario “meritino un sistema sanitario regionale adeguato e funzionale, capace di dare risposte di qualità soprattutto a queste latitudini, dove ogni problema viene amplificato dalla condizione economica-sociale, dalla pressante emergenza legata agli sbarchi degli immigrati e soprattutto dalla difficoltà ad avere una positiva prospettiva di futuro”. È quanto si legge in un comunicato del sindacato. Secondo la Fp-Cisl, “se l’obiettivo del piano sanitario regionale era quello di risanare la condizione economico-organizzativa della Sanità Calabrese, i risultati fallimentari sono, purtroppo, di un’evidenza inconfutabile. La cronaca sanitaria dimostra, infatti, che se non si interverrà immediatamente con decisione e competenza, l’unico obiettivo possibile è quello della sopravvivenza. Gridi d’allarme – si sottolinea – arrivano da tutto il territorio regionale, ultimi ma solo per il momento, quelli provenienti dalla Città Metropolitana di Reggio Calabria che chiede un piano di emergenza estivo e dal Sindaco di Catanzaro che, in qualità di responsabile della salute dei propri Cittadini, chiede l’implementazione di figure sanitarie per poter fronteggiare la grave condizione in cui versa l’accesso alle cure in Città. Un processo di riorganizzazione che ha prodotto effetti negativi ormai non più sopportabili dalla popolazione calabrese, che – sempre più provata dal disservizio – subisce i danni di diagnosi tardive, della mancanza di un piano di prevenzione che migliorerebbe gli esiti dei fenomeni morbosi – sempre più diffusi – ma che è costretta a sopportare, soprattutto, l’incapacità di risparmiare risorse da destinare ad altre necessità. La risposta sanitaria calabrese – continua la Cisl – è inefficiente, inefficace e costosa, con un progetto di riorganizzazione della rete sanitaria mai andato a regime, la cui completa attuazione si allontana di anno in anno”.
