“A Palazzo Campanella, la terza commissione permanente del Consiglio regionale ha espresso parere favorevole all’unanimità sulla proposta di legge regionale da me fortemente voluta a favore dei lavoratori ex-multiservizi rimasti esclusi dalla precedente normativa. Infatti, rimediando alla disparità che la legge r. 31/2016 aveva concretizzato, la presente norma, condivisa dal consigliere Seby Romeo, tende a ricollocare in una situazione paritaria, i lavoratori che erano stati esclusi in quanto non provenienti dal bacino regionale di Lsu-Lpu”. È quanto afferma, in una nota, il deputato di Forza Italia Francesco Cannizzaro. “Una iniquità – prosegue Cannizzaro – che, alla luce del protocollo d’intesa che la giunta regionale aveva concordato negli anni precedenti al Comune di Reggio Calabria per il riutilizzo di tutti i lavoratori della ex-società di servizi, senza alcuna distinzione di ruoli e di provenienza, sembrava essersi realizzata irrimediabilmente. Ed è proprio per ridare la dignità dovuta a quei lavoratori ingiustamente esclusi e privati del proprio lavoro per responsabilità altrui, che da capogruppo della Casa delle Libertà in Consiglio regionale ho voluto presentare questo progetto di legge che, in maniera bipartisan, la commissione pertinente ha promosso nell’esame di merito. Adesso, prima di approdare in aula per la definitiva approvazione ed entrata in vigore, la commissione bilancio dovrà dare il parere che, non essendoci alcuna nuova voce di spesa per la finanza regionale, speriamo possa in tempi brevi trovare il necessario via libera. Un contributo particolare è stato fornito dal consigliere Pedà che relazionando ai colleghi componenti della terza commissione, è riuscito brillantemente a condividerne la grande utilità e l’importanza sociale della norma stessa”. “Qualcuno pensava, erroneamente – sostiene ancora Cannizzaro – che gli impegni parlamentari mi avessero allontanato dalle problematiche del territorio, dimenticando quelle che sono state le mie priorità in Consiglio regionale fin dal 2014: si è sbagliato alla grande.”
