CATANZARO. Salvare la Fondazione Campanella e tutelarne i posti di lavoro. È quanto chiedono 75 dipendenti della Fondazione in un atto notificato per conto loro dall’avv. Francesco Pitaro al presidente della Giunta regionale Mario Oliverio. L’iniziativa è stata attuata nell’imminenza della scadenza del termine di proroga degli intimati licenziamenti. Attraverso l’atto si invita la Regione “nella qualità di maggiore ente territoriale, nonché di socia e proprietaria della Fondazione – riporta una nota dell’avv. Pitaro – ad intervenire, con tempestività e senza indugio, al fine di porre in essere ogni atto diretto a salvare la struttura sanitaria nonché a tutelare i lavoratori e i loro posti di lavoro. E infatti, fermo restando la illegittimità dei licenziamenti, che sono stati tempestivamente impugnati dai lavoratori – riporta ancora la nota – vi è che nessuna iniziativa è stata intrapresa, né dalla Fondazione Campanella, né dalla Regione Calabria, che è socia e proprietaria, diretta a dare esecuzione all’accordo dell’1 ottobre 2013 con cui più soggetti ed enti, dinanzi al Prefetto di Catanzaro, si sono impegnati a tutelare e a preservare e a salvaguardare i posti di lavoro della Fondazione”.
