CATANZARO. “Tre mesi fa il Giudice del Lavoro di Reggio Calabria ha imposto l’assunzione presso Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI) di 23 lavoratori, ex dipendenti di una società appaltatrice, a seguito del riconoscimento dell avvenuta intermediazione di manodopera. Dopo la sentenza, RFI, senza consultare i 23 lavoratori, li trasferiva in Trenitalia inquadrandoli in un profilo professionale le cui mansioni sono svolte da aziende esterne sin dal 1994: in buona sostanza, i 23 vengono demansionati e resi inutili per essere messi da parte”. La denuncia è della Usb, l’Unione sindacale di base. “Alcuni di loro – è scritto in una nota – sono stati inoltre trasferiti in sedi lontanissime da quelle di residenza, come Foligno o Verona, mentre i restanti lavoratori sono appesi al filo della discussione in Tribunale di un procedimento d urgenza (art. 700). A nulla sono servite le richieste di adempimento del dettato della legge 104/92 per quei lavoratori che avevano necessità di assistere familiari malati o disabili: i trasferimenti si sono abbattuti anche su di loro. Intanto Trenitalia – denuncia l’Usb – effettua nuove assunzioni negli stessi territori da cui i lavoratori sono stati trasferiti. Ad oggi questi ferrovieri, di età compresa fra i 48 e i 62 anni ed un lungo curriculum professionale nel settore, rimangono parcheggiati nei cortili delle officine. L’unica colpa dei 23 ferrovieri calabresi – si legge infine – appare quella di aver sfidato in sede legale il colosso FSI, chiedendo il rispetto dei propri diritti. L USB Lavoro Privato esprime totale solidarietà a questi lavoratori in attesa di giustizia ed invita tutti i ferrovieri a sostenere la vertenza”.
