Il coordinamento donne della Cgil Calabria “ha appreso in questi giorni dalla stampa che il Consiglio regionale della Calabria si appresta a discutere in occasione della giornata dell’otto marzo la proposta di legge 43/12 d’iniziativa della Giunta regionale recante “Misure per il superamento della discriminazione di genere e per l’occupazione femminile”. E’ quanto si legge in un comunicato. “Atteso che la condizione delle donne -è scritto- in Calabria necessita di politiche urgenti e concrete mirate a superare i divari che generano disuguaglianze profonde nell’accesso al lavoro e alle professioni, disparità salariali, inesigibilità dei servizi di welfare e gap socio-culturali di cui si nutrono discriminazioni e violenze”, il coordinamento donne della Cgil, “pur apprezzando l’intento della Giunta regionale di promuovere misure che favoriscano una sostanziale eguaglianza di genere e contrastino ogni forma di discriminazione premiando o penalizzando le condotte aziendali che si uniformano o si discostano dai dettami della proposta di legge, non può non sottolineare il timore che l’impianto di legge, per come conosciuto, rimanga un enunciato di buoni principi che ricalca norme nazionali già in vigore. Ci saremmo aspettate -continua la Cgil- che, in una regione affamata di partecipazione democratica ai processi decisionali, ci fosse un percorso condiviso e plurale ancora più con le parti sociali che impattano quotidianamente le contraddizioni ed i limiti del mercato del lavoro e del welfare regionale”. “Parimenti -si sottolinea- ci saremmo aspettate che il testo legge in discussione al Consiglio regionale portasse, oltre ai buoni principi, la concretezza di impegni finanziari e le novità contenute nella legge 162/2021 in materia di modifiche del codice delle pari opportunità, di certificazione delle parità di genere, di premialità di parità, di parità salariale e di parità di genere negli organismi delle società pubbliche. Auspichiamo e sollecitiamo pertanto il Presidente della Giunta regionale -continuano le donne della Cgil Calabria- Roberto Occhiuto a farsi interprete della necessità di aprire un tavolo specifico perché ogni soggetto della rappresentanza sociale possa essere parte attiva della costruzione di politiche che impattano la condizione di vita e del lavoro delle donne calabresi”.
