“Guerra al precariato, “licenziamo” il jobs act”. Questo l’obiettivo rivendicato dalla maggioranza di Governo sulla base dei punti contenuti nel cosiddetto “decreto dignità” varato nel Cdm. Per i lavoratori interinali, spiegano, è prevista l’estensione delle stesse tutele degli altri lavoratori. Previste inoltre “più tutele per i lavoratori senza penalizzare gli imprenditori onesti”, si sottolinea ancora. Nel decreto è previsto un pacchetto fisco ‘light’ con ritocchi al redditometro. C’è anche lo slittamento della scadenza dello spesometro al 28 febbraio (dal 30 settembre) e lo stop allo split payment solo per i professionisti. Nel provvedimento anche la tutela dei lavoratori con “importanti” disincentivi ai licenziamenti ingiusti con l’aumento del 50% dell’indennizzo che può arrivare anche a 36 mensilità. Rivista, nell’ultima bozza del decreto dignità, anche la norma sulle delocalizzazioni che farà scattare multe da 2 a 4 volte il beneficio ricevuto per le imprese che delocalizzano “entro cinque anni dalla data di conclusione dell’iniziativa agevolata”. Una prima versione indicava un arco temporale di 10 anni. La stretta resta sia per chi lascia l’Italia per un Paese extraeuropeo sia per chi trasferisce l’attività, anche in parte, in uno dei Paesi dell’Unione. Il beneficio, inoltre, andrà restituito con gli interessi maggiorati fino a 5 punti percentuali.
