“E’ sbagliato ricorrere allo sciopero. Servono dialogo e confronto per migliorare e rafforzare la legge di stabilità”. E’ quanto ha affermato il segretario generale della Cisl Tonino Russo intervenendo ai lavori del Consiglio generale dei Pensionati Cisl Calabria in riferimento allo sciopero generale proclamato da Cgil e Uil contro la manovra del Governo. “Condividiamo in pieno – ha aggiunto Russo – la risoluzione del Comitato esecutivo nazionale della Cisl che, approvando la relazione del segretario generale Luigi Sbarra, davanti alle sfide che attendono il Paese e alle difficoltà di una crisi appesantita da guerra, caro-energia e pandemia, ha espresso un giudizio articolato sui contenuti della Manovra di Bilancio 2023. Il Ddl, infatti, integra contenuti importanti nella risposta emergenziale, dove concentra i 2/3 delle risorse, garantendo fino a marzo 2023 sostegno a lavoratori, famiglie e sistema produttivo. Tuttavia, risulta debole e incompleto sul versante espansivo, negli investimenti rivolti a occupazione, infrastrutture, strategie industriali ed energetiche, nel rilancio della sanità e dei servizi pubblici, nella capacità di progettare una nuova politica dei redditi e di mettere in campo riforme strutturali”. “Ancora una volta – ha sostenuto Russo – la Cisl sceglie la strada del confronto e, in attesa dell’incontro convocato dal Governo per il 7 dicembre, avanza precise richieste di modifica alla Legge di stabilità su investimenti, pensioni, politiche dei redditi e sanità. Da calabresi, inoltre, ricordiamo che la Legge di stabilità in discussione assegna 3 miliardi per la statale 106 e che insieme alla Confederazione stiamo lavorando per migliorare il provvedimento, per accorciare i tempi e aumentare le risorse sulle annualità 2024- 2026 in modo da appaltare i primi lotti funzionali. E in Calabria c’è troppa precarietà nel lavoro. Troppe persone vivono condizioni di disagio non più sopportabili per cui bisogna intervenire subito per dare dignità al lavoro e serenità alle famiglie”.
